This Toyota My Experience (“TME”) site is owned and operated by Borneo Motors (Singapore) Pte Ltd (“BMS”). Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this site. Your access and use of this site constitutes your acceptance of all terms and conditions that follow. If you do not agree to any of the following terms and conditions, please discontinue your access and destroy all materials obtained from it immediately.

The TME Site is for the personal and non-commercial use of Members who have an Account under the TME Programme. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the TME Site. The Rewards as featured on the TME Site are available only to Members who have an Account under the TME Programme.

• In these Terms and Conditions:

  “Account” means the account for which the points of a Member will be accrued/deducted:

  “Points” means the points and/or bonus points accumulated by Members which can be redeemed for Rewards under TME Programme:

  “Rewards” mean specified goods or services to be provided by The Toyota My Experience or a Partner to a Member in exchange for Points;

  “Partners” means a provider of goods or services which is participating in The Toyota My Experience from time to time;

  “Points Earn Rate” means the rate of awarding points;

  “TME Site” and “Site” mean Toyota My Experience website at https://webmail.borneomotors.com.sg

  “Member(s)” means BMS Toyota Shield or Toyota Shield Infinity members only;

  “TME Programme” and “Programme” mean the loyalty programme whereby Members can accumulate points and/or bonus points to enjoy the Rewards after redemption;

  “Rewards” means benefits and/or privileges (including goods and/or services) under the TME Programme;

  “Rewards Voucher” and “Voucher” mean the voucher which states the Vehicle number, Voucher Number and the Reward as selected by the Member;

  “Voucher Number” means the number allocated to the Voucher;

  “Centres” means the 4 main service centres in 33 Leng Kee Road, Singapore 159102; 17 Ubi Road 4, Singapore 408611; 600 Sin Ming Avenue, Singapore 575733 and 2 Pandan Crescent, Singapore 128462;

  “Trojan Horses” mean the types of malware which destructive program that masquerades as a benign application;

  “Software” - any software from the TME Site, the software, including any files, images incorporated in or generated by the software, and data accompanying the software

• In these terms and conditions, unless a contrary intention appears:
  • A reference to the singular includes a reference to the plural, and vice versa;
  • A reference to a gender includes a reference to the opposite gender;
  • A reference to a party includes a reference to its authorised employees; and
  • Headings are inserted for the purpose of convenient reference only.

• Member(s) are eligible to register at the TME Site, subject to the terms and conditions herein.
• All new Member(s) applications must be completed in full and must contain amongst other things, your name, your NRIC and/or your Passport number, your postal address and email address.
• If the Account of any Member(s) is terminated at any time for any reason, whether by the Member(s) or BMS, the Member(s) will forthwith be disqualified from participating in this TME Site and all unused points then accrued shall automatically be cancelled and no longer be available for use by the Member(s). Such points shall not be transferable to any other Account of the Member(s).
• Notwithstanding any matters stated herein, BMS shall have the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of participation in the TME Site and shall be entitled to disqualify any Member(s) from participating in the TME Site without subscribing any reasons thereof
• Membership is automatically terminated on the death of a Member or on the winding up of the Member where the Member is a corporate body. Points accumulated prior to termination in these circumstances will be immediately cancelled.
• All Points credited but not exchanged for Rewards, as well as any unutilised Rewards, are cancelled upon cessation of membership under the TME Programme.
• Member(s) shall ensure that BMS is kept informed and updated of any change of address, contact numbers and email address.
• BMS may at any time:
  • send to their Member(s) any form of promotional catalogues, pamphlets and notices;or
  • use or disclose information regarding the Member and the Member’s relevant Account to third parties for the purposes of the TME Programme.

• The TME Programme is a loyalty programme whereby Member(s) can accumulate Points for cash-paid jobs for servicing, non-servicing and/or promotional items performed at BMS, excluding insurance claims jobs and insurance excess. Member(s) can enjoy Rewards under the TME Programme.
• The Points Earn Rate is stated in the TME Site and BMS reserves the right to add to and/or amend the rate of awarding points, and the type of qualifying purchases, by posting the changes online without prior notice.

• The TME Site is to allow Member(s) to browse the rewards points catalogue, manage Member’s’ account details, earn and redeem reward points. Abuse of this Site may result in, amongst other things, your being denied access to it.
• The TME Site enables Member(s) to update their particulars online. All Member(s) may also check their point balance and view the latest promotions from BMS via this Site. All Member(s) will have a password upon registration and should safeguard the password and shall adhere to any procedural, security and other requirements of BMS relating to its use.
• Member(s) who wish to access and to use the services offered on the site will be subject to the terms and conditions governing the use of the TME Site as stated herein.
• BMS will not be responsible for any redemption affected by online system glitches or failure or for any other reason whatsoever.
• You agree to use this Site according to these the terms and conditions as stated herein and for lawful and proper purposes. You agree to be responsible for all matters arising
• BMS shall at all times be entitled without giving any reason whatsoever, limit, suspend, revoke, terminate, cancel, and/or discontinue your right to use the TME Site at any time. BMS shall not be responsible for any inconvenience that may be suffered by you as a result of its above actions or in the event that your password is rejected.
• BMS shall at all times be entitled to act on any and all instructions or transactions effected via the TME Site, in connection with or arising from, whether directly or indirectly, the use of or the purported use (authorised or unauthorised) of your password.
• By your continued access or use of this TME Site, you hereby give your consent to BMS and/or its officials for the disclosure of any information, details or particulars provided by you, including but not limited to any personal data provided, to any service provider, its business partner or to any third party which BMS may from time to time transact with, whether directly or indirectly for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to cross marketing and administrative purposes. You agree that neither BMS nor any of its officers or employees shall be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of any disclosure of any information, details or particulars which you have provided to BMS and/or its officials as aforesaid.

• The Member(s) may use unexpired Points to redeem Rewards in accordance with prevailing offers or programmes. Points will be utilised on a first-in-first-out basis. Redemption of Rewards is subject to the Member(s) having sufficient Points and is subject to stock availability, which will be based on a first-come-first-served basis.
• As all Rewards are subject to stock availability, BMS reserves the right to cancel, change, substitute or remove the Rewards or make amendments to, change or substitute the Rewards conditions at any time with or without notice to the Member(s).
• BMS reserves the right to alter the Points required for redemption of Rewards, irrespective of whether it is an upward or downward alteration of Points, without giving any prior notice to the Member(s).
• In the event that redemption of Rewards may be effected by both Points and top up cash payment, the Member(s) shall make the necessary payment using cash or other modes of payment that may be accepted by BMS. Such payment shall not be refunded and be borne solely by the Member(s) and the Member(s) shall not dispute the amount payable.
• If the Member(s) is requested by the supplier to pay any taxes, levies, duties, Goods and Services Tax (GST) or service charge in relation to the Rewards, such taxes, levies, duties, GST or service charge shall be borne solely by the Member(s).
• Upon the redemption of reward(s), a Rewards Voucher shall be issued stating the Vehicle Registration Number and Voucher Number, and shall specify the Reward as selected by the Member(s).
• In the redemption of any reward, only one (1) Voucher is applicable for one (1) redemption of Reward, unless otherwise stated, in which case, any conditions stipulated by the participating merchant must be complied with.
• Redemption(s) can only be made within the stipulated period and operating hours indicated on the voucher(s) at the four (3) main service centres (“Centres”) stated below. Member(s) are to adhere strictly to the stipulated redemption period and operation hours failing which they will not be allowed to make the redemption(s).

• For the redemption of reward(s) at the Centres, Member(s) must present the printed copy of the Voucher(s) as proof of eligibility and their NRIC/Passport. Redemption of Rewards will not be allowed if the above documents are not provided or requirements not complied with at the time of redemption.
• All Vouchers are non-transferrable. However, the Member(s) can authorize another person to collect the Reward(s) on behalf of them by filling in and duly signing the authorization form located in the Reward Voucher(s). For company account redemption, the authorization form needs to be filled in and endorsed with the company stamp.
• Notwithstanding any other provisions contained herein and without prejudice to any other rights contained herein, BMS reserves the right at its sole discretion to deduct any Points from the Member's account and/or refuse to allow the Member(s) to effect any redemption and/or to recall any redemption made by the Member(s) if any voucher has been erroneously sent to the Member(s) and/or any Points have been erroneously awarded to the Member(s) and/or Points were not duly deducted upon a successful redemption due to system glitches or failure, or for any other reasons whatsoever.
• Redemption of Reward(s) is subject to the BMS's terms and conditions, if any, e.g. collection centres, validity period and usage.
• Member(s) are advised to examine all Rewards upon collection and to reject any damaged or defective goods/items at the collection centres.

• TME Points carry a validity period of two (2) years from the date the Points are credited into the Member's account.
• Points have no monetary or cash value and are not transferable from one Member(s)’s account to another if it is under different vehicle owner(s) and/or vehicle registration number.
• Transfer and/or aggregation of points is only allowed for vehicles registered under the same owner name/NRIC number and/or company name/registration number. A transfer to another owner and/or company will be reviewed by BMS on a case-by-case basis, where BMS has the final discretion with regards to points allocation.

• It is the members’ responsibility to be aware of both the Points in his or her account and when the points will expire. This can be monitored at any time online at https://webmail.borneomotors.com.sg.

Upon a successful redemption, the requisite Points will be deducted from the Member's account. All redemptions shall be irrevocable and irreversible. Redeemed Rewards cannot be returned or exchanged for other Rewards in the catalogues and is not refundable for cash or credit under any circumstances whatsoever.

• BMS reserves the right without assigning any reason whatsoever, to cancel, terminate and/or suspend the TME Site by providing written notice to its Member(s) six (6) months in advance of the cancellation, termination and/or suspension. In that event, the right to earn points and redeem rewards may end three (3) months after notification, afterwhich all un-utilized points shall be invalidated. The Member shall not be entitled to any compensation for any such cancellation, termination and/or suspension. BMS may cancel, terminate and/or suspend the TME Site earlier in whole or in part in any jurisdiction(s) if required to do so by applicable law
• BMS may cancel, terminate and/or suspend your access to all or part of the TME Site, without notice, for any conduct that BMS, in its sole discretion, believes is in violation of any applicable law or is harmful to the interests of another user, a service provider or BMS.

You represent that you are of legal age for any purchase in the TME Site according to these Terms and Conditions and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of any purchase for the TME Site. You are financially responsible for all uses of the TME Site by yourself and those using your login information. You will supervise all usage of the TME Site under your name or account. You warrant that all information supplied by you in using the TME Site is true and accurate.

The prices stated for the items, materials or products are in Singapore Dollars and are inclusive of GST.

We accept VISA and MASTERCARD credit/debit card payments.

BMS shall not be held liable for any failure or omission to carry out its obligations or observe any of the stipulations contained herein or for any loss or damage that may be suffered by you (whether as a result of force majeure, any calamity, industrial action; or acts or God, war or warlike hostilities, civil commotion, riots, blockades, embargoes, sabotages, strikes, fires, lockouts, shortage of material or labour; or unauthorised use of your password or any defect, failure, interruption, breakdown or malfunction of any machine, data processing system or transmission link; or any other reason whatsoever) through no fault of BMS or its service provider.

Personal details provided to BMS through this TME Site will only be used in accordance with our privacy policy. Please read this carefully before going on. By providing your personal details to us you are consenting to its use in accordance with our privacy policy.

In order to prevent you and BMS from fraudulent transactions, BMS may provide your transaction-related information to a reputable third party organization to perform an address verification. This address verification is intended to ensure that the billing address provided by you matches your credit card address.

BMS shall take all reasonable measures to ensure that information you transmit to BMS using the TME Site will remain confidential and protected from unauthorized access but BMS does not warrant against unauthorized access and will not be liable for any unauthorized access by any means to that information

• BMS and participants of the TME Programme do not intend that any of its terms will be enforceable by virtue of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act, Cap. 53B by any person not a party to it.
• In no event shall BMS or its principals be liable to you for any indirect, special, punitive or consequential damages of any sort arising from the sale or use of any item/product purchased hereunder, whether or not foreseeable and howsoever the same may be caused.

• Subject to applicable law, under no circumstances whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, , will BMS be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, exemplary, special or consequential loss ,damage or expense of any kind whatsoever that result from:
  • Access or use of the TME Site and the materials in this site, even if BMS or a BMS-authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
  • Submission of any personal or business information, including bank and credit card details;
  • The unavailability of the TME Site to you in whole or in part or any failure or delay in any way connected with the use of the online points Site because of the global computer network, ancillary equipment, the systems of BMS systems or technology or any other circumstances;
  • The performance or non-performance by BMS or the failure of any function or service associated with the TME Site, in whole or in part;
  • Any unauthorized access or breach of security into the TME Site through the global computer network;
  • Any purchase order made through the TME Site that has not registered or is incomplete or is delayed or is in error;
  • Viruses or other harmful elements affecting your computer on account of your access to the TME Site;
  • Any Reliance on information obtained through this Site
  • The use of the TME Site or any of the content or Rewards on the TME Site
• BMS is also not liable nor responsible for any material provided by third parties with their own respective copyright and shall not under any circumstances, be liable for any loss, damages or injury arising from these materials.

If any provision of these terms and conditions herein, is held by any judicial or competent authority to be invalid, void, voidable or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of these terms and the remainder of the term in question shall not be affected thereby.

The materials in the TME Site are provided “as-is” and without warranties of any kind either express or implied and you assume total risk and responsibility for your use of the TME Site and the global computer network including the submission of any personal or business information. To the maximum extent permissible and subject and pursuant to applicable law, BMS specifically disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of intellectual property or other proprietary rights. BMS does not warrant or make any representations regarding the correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise of the materials in this Site or the results of their use.

BMS reserves the right to add to, change or remove any part of these terms and conditions (or any products, services and/or promotions offered) at any time, without
